30 Days Test Ride
See the quality of our products for yourself and test our MOTO pedal for 30 days – no strings attached. Even if you have already unpacked and assembled it, we will take it back with signs of use.
The only exceptions are personalized pedals and special editions.
This offer also applies to international customers, of course. In this case, you will only have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
5-year warranty on the axle
At Moto, it's all about the axle—because the axle is the heart of our pedals. That's why we give you a 5-year warranty on this component. If damage occurs to the pedal axle during this period, we will replace it free of charge.
To report a warranty claim, simply contact us by email. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible. Email: support@motobicycles.com
This does not include damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use, such as damage caused by dropping, impact, or accidents.
Spare parts sold seperately
Moto pedals are modular in design and built to last a lifetime. The design concept is based on the idea that the pedals can be repaired and parts replaced, so that they will ideally last you a lifetime.
You can reorder each component individually from us as a spare part. This applies both to the axle as the core of the pedal and to all other components, such as the plastic half-shells or the wooden frame of our Classic pedals.

Crash Replacement
If your MOTO pedal takes a tumble and gets damaged – whether from a fall or extreme stress – no problem: with our crash replacement program for frequent riders like you, you can get a replacement product at a discounted price.
How does crash replacement work?
