Can I test Moto pedals?
Testing is of course also possible for international customers, however we do not cover postage costs. If you want to convince yourself, you can test the MOTO pedal for 30 days from the date of purchase.

We will also take back unpacked and assembled goods with signs of use.

However, personalized pedals, special editions and pedals with straps are excluded.

Does the price include both pedals?

Yes. Pedals are always sold in pairs (one left and one right). Spare parts such as axles or pedal bodies are also available individually and you can order them directly from us per Mail.

Can I order spare parts for my pedals?

We are currently working on our online spare parts webshop. If you need a part for your pedals, e.g. half shells, axles, wooden frames etc., you can easily order it directly from us by Mail 

 

Grip and reflex tapes can still be ordered through our webshop.

 

 

I've read the pedals click or squeak. Is it true?
Yes, that can happen, as with all bicycle pedals. However, this can be easily avoided by cleaning and greasing the crank pedal thread before mounting. We have produced an assembly video for this purpose.

Are Moto pedals suitable for riding barefoot?

Yes, Moto pedals are ideal as barefoot pedals and many of our customers ride barefoot or with barefoot shoes. The closed, flat surface without pins or negative space means there are no pressure points under the foot. This makes them more comfortable to ride. And our grip tapes offer good grip even without shoes.
